Fees are due prior to the start of research and planning. The service fee includes research, planning, and quote preparation. Our clients find that they easily recoup the cost of the fee through the value added to their travels.

Yes, for trips at least 45 days away. A deposit is made to start the trip planning and the final balance is due 30-45 days before your trip.
